Cara membuat Ang sio bak:
  1. Daging dipotong petak ukuran sedang,,,,cmprkan semua bahan kecuali air ,,,dibumbui slama 3jam atau kalo mlm dibumbui ,,,paginya da bs dimasak ,,slama dibumbui simpan dikulkas y.itu bentuk kaldu jamurnya,bu des.
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng ,,tuang daging yang tlh dibumbui td oseng2 hingga agak mengental…..masukkan air ,,,,,,masak dgn api kecil hingga daging matang dan kuahnya tinggal dikit dan mengental.
  3. Stlh siap ,,daging bs dibakar diatas bara api /dipanggang di teflon /oven,,,atau tnp dipanggang/dibakar lagi,,pun da enak
